This book is by far the best and the most comprehensive story of Rene Cassie and Essiac tea as a herbal remedy. It illustrates that there is great power in what may be considered a simple idea.
This book relates details of Rene Caisse's to the extreme. My personal opinion was that it was a bit too thorough but some may appreciate that. One thing that is strangely amiss as any discussion of whether the 4-herb recipe or the 8-herb recipe is not only the original but whether or not one is better than the other. It does give the 4-herb recipe and it mentions Flor Essence which uses an 8-herb recipe. There is no discussion of whether one is better than the other.
Very informative and credible read. Too bad her discovery and good deeds were smeared by the powers that be and orthodox medicine. People ought to read this book and then do their own research on the subject of Essiac Tea PLUS look into Laetrile (Vit B17) issue while they are at it. They BOTH fell prey to the medical-government cabal and it is all about DOLLARS, not arresting or curing cancer.
Interesting and well written, I enjoyed learning more about this great lady.
Essiac is truly amazing and should be discovered by more people. A must read.
